Dimora ai Fori has a very careful approach to respect for the environment and resources in every aspect of its management.
Lighting in our spaces was conceived in the name of energy saving: we only use LED light bulbs, able to reduce expenses for electricity (80% less then old traditional light bulbs) and environmental pollution.
We decided to be a plastic-free guesthouse: you won’t find plastic in our minibars, but some handy water bottles you can carry with you and refill thanks to the water dispenser located in the hall. All waste is carefully collected according to the waste sorting rules established by the Municipality of Rome.
Getting around by public transport, on foot or by bicycle it's good for your health and for the environment: that’s why we encourage you to take up sustainable mobility to discover Rome in an eco-friendly way. Bus and metro stops are just a few steps away, you can rent a bicycle right under our guesthouse and walking around is really easy: ask our staff!
In order to be an eco-friendly guesthouse, we also need your help: we kindly invite you not to waste water, to switch off light when not needed and ask for a sheet change and clean towels only when really necessary.
